Newegg.com also usually has nice deals on memory cards. They have an A-Data 8GB SDHC card for $59.00, I believe. I got my 16GB A-Data Card for my MicroPhoto mod and it works great and the price was definitely right at $125.00 for 16GB.

Creative doesn't seem to be giving anybody a definitive answer on if SDHC's work with the zen or not. Does anybody know anything about this? Also, if you've seen one work, could you list the model of the card? Thanks!

Here's a confirmed list of compatible SDHC cards from the Creative site:
http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/zen/?nav=sdcard It's probably a good idea to keep this thread updated though... |

I would anticipate that ALL SHDC cards are compatible?

I have the Lexar (el-cheapo) 4GB SDHC (Speed Rating 2), and it's perfect, though not listed on Creative's site. I've also thrown all manner of standard SD's at it without any problems

I started a Thread about the new Zen's SD Card compatiblility over at the Creative Forums:
http://forums.creative.com/creativel...p=true#M203235 Would be nice if you all can add some info about compatible or non-compatble cards you use(d) that are not listed on the official list of creative: http://www.creative.com/products/mp3/zen/?nav=sdcard You can also add the info here and I edit my other thread from time to time to keep it up to date. Thank you all. |

I bought a 16GB SDHC by Patriot. I got it for $59.95 at Fry's Electronics a couple months back.
Edit - Just checked Google. It's $38.99 after rebate from ZipZoomfly.com and $41.99 from Newegg.com I haven't checked the price of a 32GB, but if it's far more than double the price of a 16GB, then IMO, I'd buy two 16's. The 16 I'm using has plenty of space to hold hundreds of my MP3's and dozen's of my Youtube videos and misc file, as I also use the ZEN as a removable/portable drive. |

I started this thread for users to share experiences with different SD cards - which worked fine and which caused problems.
Here you can find information about some of supported cards. Do you use another? Is it working? What's the manufacturer, type and capacity of this card? |
