iRiver E30 reviews?

I haven't been able to find any decent ones. Does ABI plan to review the E30? I am particularly interested in how long battery life is in real world usage, and how well the E30 does as a podcast player(are low bitrates supported, is there autobookmarking?).

So apparantly I just got the 8gb version of this thing for christmas.

Since google barely returns any decent reviews and theres nothing at all to be found on youtube, I'm wondering if anyone here has any experiences they would like to share on this mp3 player.

I'll probably return it and buy a cowon player or a sansa clip+ with an additional memory card unless someone can convince me to keep this thing.

You could do us all a favor if you keep it long enough to really get to know it, then write a short (or long) review. It might be the best player out there for the money, and someone needs to write about it.

Possibly, but then again I have absolutely no experience with mp3 players, I wouldn't know what the sound quality is like for example as I've only had a iRiver t10 I got for free a few years ago.

Also, I was hoping for a mp3 player with atleast 16gb, and if I'm gonna go for one with a screen I'd rather have a quality one that I can watch movies on without a magnifying glass.

After three years of service, my E10 finally gave up on me. I'm very much interested in how E30 (or even E50) compares to it; primarily in terms of sound quality.

Will probably buy one if it's better; that goes to show how fond I was of E10 for sound :P

Not particularly fond of the touchpad trend I've been seeing lately, though.

I am a E50 user, but looking at the E30 en E50 they are both as good as the same maybe a few slightly changes.

- Design.
- Little bit better sound quality.
- Proberly a better screen.
- Price.

Maybe i missed some points, in my opion i should choose the E50 al tho i lost it today i proberly by the same exact one. I am really happy with it.
Battery is really good of both the mp3 players no button crashing games on it thats also a big +.
