Civilization remake

Hi everybody!

I've been working on a Civilization remake on the X-Fi2.
My goal is to completely copy the look, feel and gameplay of the original game, and eventually even add some (optional) extras to the game.

I just thought I'd share my progress here as well.

For progress updates, please refer to the epiZENter thread, which I will update more often since I'm a regular visitor of that site.

Please, let me know what you think. Any suggestions are welcome.
At the moment I'm working on this game daily for little over 3 weeks, without exception I've made progress every day. I bought this player so that I could eventually play this game on it... and I'm not going to stop until the game works as well as the PC version does.

Are you thinking of adding civ2 ruleset (a-la freeciv)? Maybe even borrow tileset from freeciv?
