Would You Recommend the Samsung M1?

i remember it was the same time last year that i got interested in buying an M1 but it never came to the USA or it cost $500(32gb) to import and was too expensive

for some reason i came back to M1 and want it all over again now thats it's $350 for a 32gb
with me sending my P3 like 4 times for repairs is the M1 that failure prone...i've heard maybe i just had some bad luck with my P3

so would you guys recomend it(the ones that have it).....i've heard people call this thing a Super P3 but others say that it has a lot of bugs

btw:i might be getting this around February, if it's still available that is

By then I'd expect even a better deal on the 32gb Cowon J3 which I saw today for $271.44 and it's a better player IMO http://www.amazon.com/COWON-Portable...8572554&sr=8-1

i would probably get the J3 except i've heard of a lot people having problems with the screen coming off or something like that

it also seems that the problem hasn't been fixed

I wouldn't put much weight in that, people always seem to post when they have problems rather than praises and in the case of the J3 I've read more praises than problems. Besides you have a whole year to RMA it if there's issues, at the current price difference and what I've learned to expect from Cowon, it's a clear winner in my book. But hey we're all different and if you prefer the M1, enjoy ... just thought to mention the better deal for a great player.

yeah i will probrany get a J3 as long the screen issue isn't as bad.......

i can have a 64gb for around $350
cowon J3 $275(32 gb) 32 SD $85-$100

all i do i lsten to music and very rarely watch videos.......and also assuming i'll be using FLAC

though volume and hold button might be a problem........

I'm absolutely happy with the Samsung M1.
the runner up was the J3 from Cowon but i choosed Sammy (i own the K5 and P2 also) mainly for the video side. i know both players are very good at pumping music.
so yes. I would recommend it, also if it's still a little bit pricey.

The J3 will play gapless. The M1 will play more video formats. M1 has better bluetooth as well. After than it's a tie as far as I can see.

i'd take either, but probably an M1 over a J3, not that i have the money.

the samsung M1 seems better i like the P3 the way it is........ so a Super P3 with the amaoled screen would work best for my needs......idk which will be best, might start using FLAC

though the 64 hours of music playback for the J3 is impressive,not to mention the volume and track control on the the player itself
