New PC - what happens?
So I have an old pc and new pc. Old has zune software and I have a zune HD and wp7 with my playlists all on it. If i have all my music files in the same location on the new pc, and then i reconnect my zune hd and wp7, will they rebuild all my playlists?

No it will not do all the auto playlists as more then they were in their last state and make them static. Also auto playlists may be different if you depend on play count as that will be started from scratch.
