Found! Headphone Heaven in Hong Kong!
The place is called Mingo's. They have like 4 shops in HK but this one is the flagship. Will hit the others eventually and take pics.
Here are the pics. My comments later when I have time. Sorry as always for crappy BB pics, but I think you can all get the idea about this awesome place. It was also very busy in the store and I had to be careful not to snap pictures including customers. Great great staff working there! They instantly recognized my Panas and praised me for them. They were selling them for around 200USD until they ran out. dfkt, I got a spare bedroom with your name on it - get your ass to HK and check this joint out.  Here we go!

Those guys have *everything*, it seems. I wish there was a place like that here. Love the sanitary white covers over the demo earpads, that looks professional.

Wow....at first, i was like, "Crap, it's all IEM's!" and then I scrolled further down. Now that's a place I'd like to visit.....I'd love to try a bunch of different full size cans, as I've heard so few different brands.
And I have to echo dfkt's remarks on the earpad covers, as well.

This is really amazing, like a Mecca for headphone enthusiasts
Around here, there are only two stores that offer any kind of reasonable selection of cans for audition but they are really modest compared to this store in Hong Kong.

I wish there is a shop like this in London where you can try everything out.
There is a shop in Tottenham court road that I were able to try like a dozen headphones but nothing like this. Seem they have everything and amps as well.
