Transferring podcasts

I'd like to put some podcasts on to my X7 as I'm going to be doing a lot of travelling soon, but the software I' ve been using (RSS Radio) doesn't seem to give me the option of getting the podcast files on to the player.

Is there a better program to use to use which will let me easily make the transfer?

I can't work out how to do podcasting either. Did you ever sort it out? Manual is hopeless.
