Default charge wont hold

My dad bought a Zen V plus and the charge wont hold at all. It loses battery life when its not even on. He uses the usb charger because thats all we have.

Could some one tell me what's wrong?

it seems like the only way to charge the zen v plus is through a computer that runs on Windows.. it refuses connections from everything else.

Ya. Thats what we have. The thing is he will charge it before he goes to bed and it will have a full charge, then when he gets home from work the next day there is no battery life.

Souske: It seems the device you've got had a defective battery. I would take it back and exchange it for another one.

Moto: I'm not aware of what firmware versions exist for the Zen V series, but the Vision:M used to have this problem until a firmware update addressed it. I would check to see if a firmware update exists, and if not, petition Creative for one.
