Zen V+ freezes when displaying photos & playing video clips- HELP!
I have just downloaded a photo to my Zen V+ for the first time. When i displayed it the machine froze on me. Also when I tried to play a video clip that I had put onto the machine that too caused it to freeze. Any advice would be greatly received.

Exactly what format are the videos and photos you're trying to put in there?
