Question Fast forward?

Thanks to all for the very informative postings here. I am seriously considering the X5 60gig as my next player. But I can't seem to find the answer to one question: When listening to audio, can you fast forward through long podcasts in large segments? Kind of like in a DVD player or DVR; when you press FF once is goes at a certain speed, when you press it twice it goes even faster etc etc. Or perhaps you can set it to go in 30 second increments (or larger)? TIA

You can set the FFWD speed in seconds/minutes, so it should be fine for long tracks.
