Yesterday I noticed my Zen V Plus was getting hot - so I turned it off. The funny thing is it stayed hot for over an hour even though it was switched off and not connected to anything. Now it won't switch on, reset, charge or anything. I've had the player for two months and twice before it's frozen while playing and I've had to re-install the firmware. I've contacted Creative Support, but it sounds to me like I now have an ex-Mp3 player. Any tips?

You've only had it for two months, so it should still be under warranty. I'd either take it back to the store where you got it and exchange for another one, or contact Creative for an RMA.
Best of luck!
