need urgent help, turn on button is not working.
my zen v plus 4gb player's turn on button is loose. it moves freely from the lock option to the turning on option, i don't know what to do because i can't turn it on at all. also, can i return this product and have it fit under the 1 year creative warranty? thanks!

I don't see why not. If it broke under normal use, then it's certainly covered by the warranty.
