Compared with the ZVM, I also notice a slight difference - with the ZVM being better.

Okay, I deleted some tunes that were causing me particular offence and re-loaded them using the Creative software rather than WMP11. hey presto the quality is back.

Can anyone tell me if this is a known issue or possibly anything I should check in the sync properties?

PS sorry about the thread title, I shall try harder next time
