Help Me Pliss!!

I got problem with my zen v plus. Few days ago I was recovered my zen then all the things inside gone included the firmware. I had already download the new firmware but unfortunately I couldn't using it. when I installed it, it's keep saying that my zen is not connected so can't be upgrade. Therefore, my zen always in recovery mode. Please... give some solution for that and I hope someone can send me the firmware directly. THANK'S...
