Default Contacting Sandisk/Bestbuy

I have tried contacting Sandisk and Bestbuy on e-mail it has been five days and still no reply. How long does it usually take for them to respond? Should I call their numbers?

Yea, you can try calling. Have you tried going to a Best Buy store to get it replaced?
