I think I broke my Zen =(

HELP!! I got my Zen Vision M second hand from a friend as I lost my previous MP3. It worked perfectly when it was given to me...It played video, songs and radio. I installed all of the software but the computer wouldn't recognise the Zen, so I uninstallled everything and reinstalled it several times, to no avail =( I defragmented my computer and cleaned it up and it still wasnt being recognised by the PC - I tried my moms laptop and my laptop aswell and it still doesnt work. I thought it might be something to do with the Firmware so I kind of deleted it. I bought a new sunc adapter and the Zen charges, but wont sync to my computer AND I CANT DO ANYTHING...when I switch the Zen on it just starts up in recovery mode and won't do anything.
If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, please could you share your ideas??

Okay. I will need to know what version of Windows you are running, as well as any service packs installed, if any. I will also need to know what version of Windows Media Player you have installed.

Im running Windows Media Centre 2005 with service pack two. I also have WMP 10, thank you for your help

I'm not sure, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that MCE doesn't support the ZVM, but that may depend on whether or not you can update WMP 10 to WMP 11.

im having a similar problem. Mine keeps launching recovery mode and i try doing the different options but the only one that works is the reboot option. I have MCE2005 and it worked fine for me up until a few days ago. So strange..
