I just got my View a couple of days ago and have been able to convert videos to MP4 (using that Any-Video-Converter program). I've been able to drag and drop the videos into my Videos folder on the View using my Windows Vista laptop (they play just fine at 320X240) but have not been able to using my Windows XP (SP2 edition) desktop computer to do the same. Any idea why?
And one other thing. The videos seem to have a little of a green tint to them. Can i adjust the color of the videos (on the View itself) ? thanks everyone!

When you are connecting to the XP system, how are you doin git? are you just plugging it in? Or are you putting it on hold, and holding the left key down?

I'm just plugging it in. The drive and the files shows up in Windows Explorer but when i drag and drop, it says that the video (mpeg-4) is "not supported on this device" though i know it is because i can transfer the same video file from my Vista computer to the View. Do I need to hold the Hold button up and push the left part of the dial to change the mode?

Maybe, that's the way that I have done it on both XP and Vista and it works fine

Have you tried MSC mode? MSC mode might let you transfer the video.

I've had very little luck with drag/drop in MTP mode getting a similar error but in MSC mode it works fine.
