Default installing t10 on XP
When i hook my t10 up to my computer, all it says is "new device found, MTP device". but it wont install, no matter how long i wait. is there a driver or something i can download? i have windows XP service pack 2.

The fact that it recognises it as an MTP device means that it probably doesn't require a driver. Does the T10 show up in "My Computer"?

Try opening up Windows Media Player or Samsung Media Studio and see if the device is recognized there as well

Try a different USB port. Maybe one of the ones on the back of the computer. Also, you have USB 2.0 right?

it does this on all USB ports. yes, i'm using USB 2.0

Its either the cable, or the T10 itself. If you can, try it on another computer. If it does the same thing, and doesnt get recognized, I suggest exchanging it.

Things you need:
1. Upgrade your windows media player to the latest version
2. All XP updates - Just run windows update
