My T10 has died for apparently no reason.

I was using it this morning no problems. Turned it off and left it inside while I went outside to talk to someone. Came back in and it won't turn on.

It was fully charged and working perfectly before.

I've tried plugging it into the computer but the computer doesn't even detect it.

I'm currently waiting for Samsung customer service to call me back (anyone know how long that takes?)

Has anyone else had this happen?

I've only had it since Xmas and it gets treated like precious metal (ie always in a sock, in a case, up where the kids can't get to it etc) so I can't understand why it isn't working.

I've never heard of a t10 flat out dying before. Did you try pressing the reset switch in the back?

How stupid do I feel now (please don't answer that). Pushed reset, and now it is working exactly as it was before, still in the middle of the same song I was listening to when I turned it off last.

I wonder what happened to it though. Do they lock up if they get hot or something? Not that I think it could have over heated. I'm just at a loss as to why it went weird.

I've never had mine lock up on me before, except the one time i bricked it. I dunno, it seems it may be random. have you upgraded to the newest firmware?
