Japanese Windows XP pro SP2 won't recognize t10...
Hello,
My T10 is recognizable on my home laptop, but on my work computer, it won't be recognized... I'm running a Windows XP pro sp2 with wmp11, so I don't know why the player won't be recognized... I tried all four usb ports, but no luck. The battery charges though. I'm running a Japanese Windows. Would this have any effect on whether it recognizes the player or not? I don't know why it doesn't work... help, please?
