After I bought the S616F Sony Walkman together with a 3rd party USB AC Adapter at a retailer as I do not know there's a official USB AC Adaptor available .
After about 1 week plus i started using it once, then due to my curiosity I check the official stores for the spec of the official Sony USB AC Adapter then I found out the spec is different from that i bought. The official USB AC Adapter Output current is 800mA but mine is 1000mA. Is it alright to continue use the adapter?

Should be ok. All that means is that your adapter has a capacity to provide more current (without blowing itself up) than the 800mA one.

Wonder if it might burn or blow my player.

it shouldn't blow your player up. if the adapter is rated at 1000mA it means it is capable of providing that much current, should your player ask for it. A USB hub is supposed to be able to provide 500mA so under normal circumstances, the player should never draw more than that. Really, It's the voltage that's important.
