dropped x5 60gb..

dropped my x5 last week and ever since its been going mad.
when i try to turn it on the screen just scrolls mad of its own accord and it wont respond to the joystick.

im afraid its looking like its had an early death.
does anyone know if it could be fixed?

if not, its probably a long shot but if anyone needed it for parts ...
sooo gutted, i loved that player

so ill prob need to get a new one and since the x5 are like hens teeth,
cant find any on line, does anyone know if cowon plan to bring out larger than 16b capacity for the i7?

Is it still under warranty? Just send it in for repair.

Even if you have to pay for the repair, the X5 is definitely worth it.

i bought it on Wednesday, Feb 21, 2007, from ebay.
im not too sure about the warranty, if it still holds? plus im in ireland? and the reason its not working is because i dropped it ?
other qustion is it worth fixing in terms of cost and postage etc.
I paid $284 for it.
I know they are much sought after now and a great player.
I'm lost without it.
not sure what is the best thing to do?
I'd go for an i7 but the capacity is too small, then theres a 60/80gb zune.

I'd definitetly love to have it fixed..I suppose I'm impatient to have it working it again,so its probably easier to just give in and buy a different one..but I'll hang on to see if it can be repaired

I had a look on the cowon global site but couldnt find details on how to get it repaired.
