please help what's wrong with me T10

ok i got my T10 christmas. about 3 or 4 weeks ago it started acting weird. i was listening to it a few minutes ago and it cut off. i reseted it and it turns on but none of the buttons work and whenever i put it on hold it cuts of. so the only way it turns on is if you push reset and it turns of when you put it on hold and take it off. oh and in the middle of the night or when i'm at school it turns on by its self unless you put it on hold. so what's wrong with my T10. can i trade it out

It should still be under warranty, so Samsung should do something about it.
