Yo.. i have this problem previously . saeing unable to connect , player nt found.
Here the soultion for those already installed the cd included but unable to connect .. Firstly , right click on my computer , click on properties, there will be a new window out ( system properties) on the window, click the tab( hardware) and den click on device manager , there will be a new window out named ( device manager .. go to a sign (?) u should be able to see something called zen v ,right click on it and click update driver . a new window will come out again named ( hardware update wizard ) click the circle ( yes,this time only or yes, now and everytime i connect a device , with the cd in ur drive click next . It should be installing and it should work. Work for mine zen v plus ![]() No harm trying. I using window xp, window media player 9 . |
