Problem with MP3 player(It just shows play all)

I bought the Insignia Sport MP3 player just yesterday and everytime I go to the music library it just says play all. But I made like 3 playlists on the Rhapsody program. Is there anyway that I could make them show up when I click music library because its very annoying to get to the song I want. It will be more annoying when I download more. Idk if this is a stupid question or not but its my first mp3 player and I would appreciate it if someone would help. Thankyou.

I believe if you press left and right on the wheel, it should switch between artist, album, song, and so on.
