I need help with my creative zen v plus! (video related)
Every time I get a video on it, it tells me that, video format is not supported, and I do have it in AVI. I'm so lost on this one.

It may be using the AVI container, but are you encoding it to use MJPEG as the video stream and MP3 as the audio strem? They also cannot be in a larger resolution then what the screen will display; which is 128x128.
You may want to consider using the Creative software to do your video converting for you.
