t10 conversion probs

I wonder if anyone can help with a small prob i have.
I have a samsung t10 4gb player. The prob is that when i have converted the dvd film/episode using any dvd converter pro , I then add it to the samsung site. No probs so far but its when i want to transfer it to the t10 it will convert it to a .svi file but will only show as a conversion of 1kb instead of thye usual 400,000 for a film etc.
I am new to this forum and conversions etc.

and how big is that file?

Have downloaded super2008 as you suggested, have a small issue in that my OS is
vista hp and its giving me compatabilty issues.

I have it outputting as customised wmv. for a episode it gives about 161mb

So the output format is supported by SMS/Emodio..
However 161 MB output sounds very small... Have you checked that the output is actually a valid file..ie dows it play in media player?? Does it play in SMS/Emodio?

Another converter you could try is mediacoder, it's free and open source. and someone has made a svi plugin for it here
