Permanent lock on my t10, HELP!!

Problem --> the t10 has a "lock" feature when u push the side button up rite, my t10 is still on "lock" when it is in middle, which means i cant play my music or access any other features i can however

-turn the player on/off
-plug it to my laptop, n my computer still recognize the device, n i can still move files with the samsung media studio
-i have also tried reinstalling the firmware (the current version, n older versions), which allows me, but doesnt solve problem
-also tried reseting the device a couple of times,

the samsung customer service is only avaiable from mon to fri, i am going to ask for help tmr, but i am just wondering if any1 on the forum might have any ideas?

Return it to Samsung...sounds like you did what you could. Sounds like the switch is broken.
