Video on Fuze - Where to start?

I just bought a Fuze for my son's birthday gift and wanted to preload some of his favorite music and maybe even a video... The music part is a piece of cake! But the video part is another story!

Is there a good online service to download videos that I could load on to the Fuze? I don't want to run into trouble with the conversion software...

Is there a nice way for me to rip and load some of our DVD movies onto the Fuze? I am not sure exactly what software I would need to pull this off...
