Getting Sony Walkman NWZ-B105F back to Normal mode

Initially, the mp3s played in alphabetical order. I decided to try the shuffle setting, and the songs played in order by artist. I don't particularly like that, so I tried putting it back to Normal mode and nothing changed.

I reset the walkman, but it didn't change back. So I reformatted it, added mp3s back on, and it's still in the mode where it plays by artist.

Is there anything I can do to get it back to the original setting of playing songs alphabetically?

Thanks for your help. I like the Sony, but it's driving me nuts trying to reset.
