my T10 is not seen by my computer
i have tried all the downloads and noting works and i have sp2 please help ![]() thanks |

Do you have Windows Media Player 11? It's the Media Player version that matters - you shoyld preferably have 11 (or 10)...

Did you try all the USB ports on your computer? Did you try a different computer?

Make sure you dont have libUsb-win32 running.

WMP won't play my videos and Winamp will, but Winamp will not recognize my T10. Any advice?

Ok, I found an exit. This was my way:
Go to Control Panel and Add New Hardware, Windows should find your device but tell windows you will locate the drivers yourself. When it brings up the list of devices you need to select standard MTP device and then istall this, ignore the message about this might not be the best driver etc. If this doesn`t work, like in my case, you must do after that: Add Hardware > choose T10 in yellow mark from the hardware list > Install driver > Automatic search > and you get a working T10 |
