Default Can't transfer files back again.

I recently tried to move a file back on to my PC and found I couldn't, with Explorer or EmoDio. In fact the only thing I can do is transfer files to the player using the Samsung software and nothing else, I can't even listen to the music on the player while it's plugged in.

Is this something they changed with the firmware update?

A few days ago i had a problem in which I couldn't transfer files at all, and I took the following steps to fix it, maybe this will help you as well.

1. Make Sure P2 Is Plugged In
2. Open Start Menu
3. Control Panel
4. System
5. Hardware Tab
6. Device Manager
7. Windows Portable Device
8. Double Click MTP Player/P2 (whichever it shows up as)
9. Driver Tab
10. Uninstall driver
11. Unplug P2
12. Restart Computer
13. And finally, plug P2 into computer, and let it automatically reinstall driver.

Hope it helps, and if not, well, hope it helps anyways!

Thanks, tried that but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Are you able to transfer files from your P2?

Yes, I am, the problem I had was that it wasn't recognizing the P2 at all, for example it wouldn't show up under portable device on the Samsung software, or under my computer > Devices with removable storage, where it usually shows. In my opinion, which is about as far away from professional as possible, I think I had a driver problem, it seems as if you have a different problem. Anyways, hope you get it fixed soon, so good luck.

What?

Can everyone else still transfer stuff off their device, or have other people had the same problem?

Tried to install the old 4.13 firmware, but you need to be able to transfer the files on to the player to do that so I can't do it.
