Pausing
I believe before on my Zen V plus I could pause a song anytime I wanted. But now i I'm on my lists of artists and I press pause it chooses a random songs form the artist that 'm on. I don't know if it was always like this or not. Help would be appreciated.

Random play is turned off right? Have you tried booting into Recovery Mode and doing a Cleanup or even reloading the firmware (1.32.01)?

You should be able to change it just fine. What exactly is happening? If you have verified random play is not selected and you still have the problem, I would consider reloading the firmware, but before that I would at least give a Cleanup a try.
