I am planing to buy a zen 16gb,
which I will have delivered from a friend from Singapore , but I am scared, in case my piece turns out to be a defected one, I will be in trouble since the warranty on the player (or the accessories) is not world wide and so, all my HARD earned money will go in vain . What is the solution out of this? do I have t take the much UN-Needed risk or is there a way out?![]() ![]()

Not sure really. It is your call. Maybe have your friend check to see if it doesn't appear to be defective before he sends it to you.... In the future, maybe your friend could be the middle-man in case there are issues that need to be addressed by the warranty.
