sansa fuze with mac computer video question?

Ok I know I am being an odd ball but I bought the 4 gig sanza fuze because I didn't want another ipod. Ipods are expensize and don't have fm radio on it. I have my mp3 player hooked to my motorcycle so I like having fm radio as a bonus. I can't seem to get video to work with the sansa and my mac
I should just drag an mp4 to the video folder correct? I did the music like that and it worked fine. I use isquint to convert my videos and they have always worked in my ipod which has become deceased. am i doing something wrong or do I need another format besides mp4 . I am just confused and would like to have video on this thing to watch on my breaks.

Video support on the Fuze is very limited, the video has to meet certain specs

Someone posted a similar question on the Sansa forums HERE. There isn't an actual solution, except for a suggestion on the last reply.
