Need help! Changed the Zen Theme then the Screen Turned Black

I was supposed to have the X-Fi but it was borrowed for awhile and Im stuck with an 8GB Zen for the time being

Anyways,

While I was listening to a music in Zen, I change the theme. After I changed the theme, the whole screen turned black. The Zen is still on and I cant turn it off. The screen is just in black. How do I fix this????

I need help, if I dont fix this soon, I wont be able to get the X-Fi

Have you tried the reset button yet? It's the little hole on the bottom.

Thanks!!! It working again only it has a flickery screen. Will try to restart the device...

Didnt know Zen was so fragile, hope X-Fi isnt the same

You may want to check to make sure that Zen is running the latest firmware to get the most out of stability. Good luck!
