Hello UKMuzik. Welcome. Your issues seems to be hardware related more so then software. Windows isn't even detecting the device being connected, so having all of the correct software/drivers installed won't make a difference here; especially since the issue follows the ZVM when trying on different computers. Focus on the physical connectivity..... I know this may sound simple, but have you tried using a different USB cable? If so, then maybe a different sync adapter? Your symptoms seem to point to one or the other. Try looking over the pins in the data port on the ZVM and the dongle to make sure none are bent or out of alignment. You can also try, while connected, moving the dongle around to see if you get any response from the computer with detecting a new device.
