im having problems zen wont convert
well basicaly brought a zen the otherday and i cant upload episodes of south park...family guy and the films ect...its a 4 gig and it says i do not have the right codec to convert the files to the required ones that is needed...im using vista but thats not the problem i tryed it on xp anyone got any good ideas how to fix this?? i think the files i downloaded are .AVI

Hello l o l. Welcome.
Well.... what codec are you using for the conversion? Make sure you have that codec installed. If you are encoding to the AVI container, make sure you are using the DIVX or XVID codec and that you have either or installed.You may want to check out the Zen FAQ and the sticky threads in this sub-forum for more information.

Either way, you will need the codec used to do the encoding installed on the computer.
