I have a 4gb Zen, and when I'm listening to one song and lets say I skip it to go to the next song there is this funky "pop" noise. It's really annoying, is this common with Zen's?

Mine doesn't do that. Seems odd, not sure what the problem could be!

What format is your music in and what is the bit-rate for the files? I have heard of this type of problem when the compression is really high (like less than 128) and the volume is turned up too.

I would ensure you are running the latest firmware. Also, what headphones are you guys using? Do you still hear the noise with different headphones? Any change at all in the sound of the noise with different headphones? Can any of you try connecting to some external amp'ed speakers to see if you still hear the sound?
