my zen isnt working
I bought the 8gb creative zen MP3 player yesterday at future shop, came back put songs on it through the direct folder listened 2 it for awhile came home today wanting to put more songs on it so i started adding them to the folder and then it wasnt doing anything it just said Copying and didnt make an progress. Then my computer started going slow and i had to CTRL + ALT + DEL to exit a few programs including the folder then i reconnected the usb noticing the zen was turned off. and nothing happened i tried restarting my computer and putting it in different computers and still nothing was happening. so i went to the creative website oppened a query told them everything that was happening then when i went to send it it wouldnt work cuz i dont have the serial number nore do i know how to get it.
Please help i dont wanna have to go back to future shop again.

What OS are you running? You need MTP drivers to work with the Zens. You need Windows XP SP2 or SP3 with Windows Media Player 10 or 11, Windows Vista, but the best bet is with all the updates.

I just put the music files directly into the folder
I fixed the problem by shoving a paper clip in the reset hole and i even have all the songs and its good as new Thanks to BobbyRS's zen faq http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum...ad.php?t=27711 tyvm
