my vision m starts up and goes to the zen screen and then freezes!!!

I turned my zen on and it has just gone through the creative screen and then on to the zen screen and then it just freezes.

I'm no good at this stuff so I need some advice as to what to do next. All my files are backed up so if all the data is lost it isn't a huge problem.

Hello fra04. Welcome. The first step I would try is booting into Recovery Mode and selecting a Cleanup from the menu and then reboot to see if that helps. If not, you can then try other possible solutions like reloading of the firmware or Formatting (will lose all files).
