help it only plays when the screen is blank
OK So I hooked my T-10 up to a phone through the bluetooth feature and while hooking it up the sound went out so I disconnected the bluetooth and the sound never came back I reset the player, formated it put some songs back on it and still no sounds, from recorded music the radio still works and hasn't stopped working, so I emailed the samsung people and haven't heard back from them yet(hence the reason I'm here) so I left it alone for a few days and when I turned it on today the opening music came on and nothing so I waited and when the backlight went off the music came on I touched the touch-pad and the backlight came on and the music stopped so I let it go back off and the music magically appeared. Does anybody have any idea why I can only hear music when the screen is blank and how to fix it. Please help!!!
