Howdy folks,
Well my trusty computer finally died and I've invested in a new laptop to replace it. The old machine ran Windows XP and I was able to connect my Creative Zen V Plus with full functionality. Since moving to my new laptop with Vista (poo!) I've been able to connect my Creative and all is fully functional except I can't sync my Outlook data. When I attempt to sync through Zen Media Explorer I'm getting an errof "There is no player connected" ... when there patently is! And I've just downloaded music onto it... etc. Any suggestions as to how to fix? c |

You can thank Creative for making such horrible software and also for making sure that is does nothing but have problems running under Vista. Make sure to go to their site and download the latest version of the Media Explorer software pack (v6.41.10) to get the most out of Vista compatibilty. File: ZNV_PCApp32_LA_6_41_10.exe
