Default A826 / pc queries

Hi all, my mum's got herself an A826 and we are having trouble filling it with tunes! Media manager doesn't like half her cds, wmp 11 won't rip to the Walkman, and if I rip to a pc folder then transfer to Walkman the metadata ends up in the wrong places. Syncing is off the menu, first time she tried that it decided to shunt ALL her photos and tunes from pc to walkman!. I can't be the only idiot out there, is there an easy way to get cds and their art/data from pc to Walkman in one hit? Any help much appreciated. She wants to be able to do it herself so a simple solution would be best. (She's 71 and has cataracts!) Cheers.

I'll say 2 for MM ... the help files are very good help for first timers, after you set up the settings correctly the first time all you have to do is put a cd in tray and click the rip icon, they have a usefull forum and it's free ... what else could you want

Edit: here's the link http://www.mediamonkey.com/
