Having problems installing my Sansa View

I am currently having problems installing my device on The Found New Hardware Wizard. Everytime I try to install it, it always says this:


Cannot install this hardware

There was a problem installing this hardware


MTP device

An error during the installation of this hardware the device

The specified service does not exist as an installed service.

Is there any this can be fixed, can someone help me fix this issue?

What OS are you using? You need to have Windows XP SP2 or newer with WMP10 or newer, or Windows Vista. If you do not have one of them, you need to use MSC mode.
