Although a search engine would be nice and would save the time when you have to first write to every song their artist etc on your computer.

It's not about not finding them, it's about not finding them quick enough. If you have a list of 500+ artists, sometimes you have to scroll through all of them just to find that one song. And thrust me, it takes a hell of a long time.

Exactly what I want it for, too!
Gapless playback is a must have for aerobic- and even workout-classes (if you don't want to rip the whole CD as one big audio-file) and variable speed (but not only for just one track) would be a nice extra.

Does anybody know if a new firmware is planned for the T10 or does Samsung rather integrate those features in the next generation of mp3-players?

But that is what it does already. If you set variable speed to 0.9, it stays at that speed for all tracks until you change it to something else.

Direct control of the speed without going through menus would be good too. Then it would be a simple matter to set each track to the required speed on the fly.

Oh - sorry - what I meant was, that variable speed without changing the pitch (don't know if that's the correct english term for what I mean). Don't know if the T10 has enough "processor power" to do that.

But I think we agree, that gapless playback is a must have (especially for Step/Aerobic instructors)
The "i-thing" can do it and I thought that every good mp3-player today can do that.

What kind of lessons do you give?

The T10 disables DNSe and Sound Effect settings when using bluetooth headphones. Hoping future firmware will allow these over bluetooth.

Proper vorbis playlist creation support under MTP mode, My u3 does this FINE, NO program i have tryed will let me make play lists that the t10 will see as valid for ogg files :/

sucks Samsung need to update the firmware and fix vorbis support PERIOD.....

Emodio version 1.0.3.8 does not have the Datacast functions. They do not appear. Yet on 32-bit versions of OS's they do.

The video conversion does not work correctly for WMV's and does not provide adequate error messages for debugging!

Various other odd things that do not function worth a damn!

I think you will find that the T10 is now a dead duck and no more support, even the new models don't have AAC support and the EmoDio is so full of bugs its useless.

Try and port AAC files with it..

add a echo cancellation DSP feature for bluetooth call in handsfree mode when t10 is connected to aux input of car audio system :

I think you're right ... the T10 surely will not get another firmware update :/
