Playlists for Non-windows users

Hi guys,
I am installing the new playlist as we speak and am overall grateful for this forum because it helped me work around quite a few issues I had with my beloved Spinn.
Now I am going Snowboarding however and will not be able to play around with the player alot. Thus I want to create playlists which I was not yet able to do because I am using OSX (and don't want to mess with windows on it).

Could someone be so kind to upload a playlist where I can have a look at the format and adapt it to my needs?
