Default text file in p3

if you want see the other than US language, like korean, chinese, or what ever others. the text encoding you use need utf-16LE.
first i use the utf-8, but it's not supported by p3 text file.
then i check the attached file encoding, which is utf-16LE, then i test with korean, works.
i don't know why, but it's ok.

That's correct... no pdf, just txt files supported, as on the P2.
