recovery mode
My zen is stuck in recovery mode and when i plug it in it says to either go to windows media player or see what files it has. when i go to windows media player it says to insert my name and i do and press finish but when i put finish it says i dont have priviligaes to acees it and then i cant do anything else
 . I dont have any cd. can anyone help me??

You don't need the CD since the Zen is an MTP device which Windows (with WMP10 or WMP11) supports without the need for any aditional software, but you can download it from here. You can transfer files via other sync managers or drag-and-drop using Windows Explorer. You can download the Zen V firmware from Creative's site here. Good luck!
