Slow Navigation Through Playlists

Hello everyone. I have the NWZ-e438 and have several playlists saved with lots of songs in each one of them (some up to 50 songs). When selecting the playlist icon in the main menu there is a significant lag that isn't there when selecting other choices in the menu. This lag continues through the selection of the playlist to the selection of each individual song. Each step lasts about 5 seconds. Has anyone else experienced this or do I just have a bad player? Thanks.

try a format, reset or something like that. i had playlists with hundreds songs and they worked just fine. compare if scrooling songs in a playlist is the same with scrooling in folder-tree. there is a difference, you see?

i have an nwz-e436f, but i don't think they are verry different when in tomes to interface.
